ITALIAN BURGER

Ingredients

For Burger Patty:

 1: beef mince 500g

 2: black pepper 1 tsp

 3: salt 1 tsp

 4: fresh garlic 1 tsp

 5: mustard paste 1 tsp

 6: oregano 1/2 tsp

 7: thyme 1/2 tsp

 8: egg 1

 9: bread 1 slice (soaked milk 1/3 cup)

 10: oil 4 tbsp

 

 

 For Assembling:

 1: pasta sauce 1/2 cup

 2: burger buns 4

 3: cheese slices 4

 4: mayonnaise 6 tbsp

 5: salt 1/4 tsp

 6: black pepper 1/4 tsp

 7: oregano 1/2 tsp

 8: onion 1 medium (sliced)

 9: bell pepper 1 small (sliced)

 10: oil 2 tbsp 

Instructions

  1.  1: in a chopper add mince, bread, black pepper, salt, garlic, oregano, thyme, mustard paste, and egg blend well, till combined.

     2: grease your hands well and make 4 equal burger pattys, keep aside.

     3: heat oil, add the patty, and press down as shown in the video, cook for 8 to 10 minutes on medium flame, and keep aside.

     4: warm the buns, and keep them aside.

     5: Place the burgers in a frying pan add the pasta sauce, cook on low to medium flame, and flip the patty, now add the cheese slices till melted, and keep aside.

     6: in a frying pan heat the oil add the onions and fry till get a slight color, on high flame, then add the bell peppers, salt,   pepper, and oregano, mix, and fry for a further 1 to 2 minutes, on high flame.

     7: spread mayonnaise on both sides of the bun, add the patty, fried veg.

     8: Served hot with fries and cold drinks.
