ALOO SHIMLA MIRCH RECIPE

Ingredients

 1: bell peppers of any colour 2 large

 2: onions 1 large (finely chopped)

 3: tomatoes 2 large

 4: cumin seeds 1 tbsp

 5: potatoes 5 large (cut in cubes)

 6: Bullet green chilli 3

 7: chaat masala powder 1 tsp

 8: ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp

 9: dry fenugreek leaves 4 tbsp

 10: coriander powder 1 tbsp

 11: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 12: turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

 13: salt 1 tsp

 14: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 15: oil 1/2 cup

  1. 1: heat oil add cumin seeds, onions, ginger & garlic paste, and fry till golden, on high flame.

    2: then add tomatoes, turmeric, dry fenugreek leaves, coriander powder, salt, red chili, garam masala powder mix, and cook till the tomatoes reduce.

    3: add then add the potatoes and cook on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes, add water 1 cup cover, and cook till the potatoes get cooked and the water dries, on medium flame.

    4: add the bell peppers and mix well, add the green chill, and chaat masala, and simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.

    5: Served hot with roti.
