Banana Split Dessert
Ingredients
For Base:
1: digestive biscuit 15 (crushed)
2: unsalted butter 50g (melted)
For Topping:
1: cream cheese 200g
2: powder sugar 1/2 cup
3: vanilla essence 1 tsp
4: whipping cream 1 cup (chilled)
5: pineapple 1 can (432g)
6: pineapple juice a few tbsp
7: bananas 3 large (sliced)
8: chocolate syrup (I used Hershey's)
9: walnuts 12 (chopped)
10: glazed cherries (for garnishing)
Instructions

1: mix the biscuit crumbs, and butter mix well.
2: transfer it to a dish and press it down, keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
3: in a bowl add cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla essences and beat till combined.
4: add whipping cream and beat till gets thick.
5: now use the pineapple syrup from the can and spoon it on the biscuit base as shown in the video.
6: add the bananas, and pineapple, and top it with the cream cheese mixture.
7: drizzle chocolate syrup, walnuts, glazed cherries and keep in the fridge.
8: serve chilled and enjoy.
