Jaipuri Chicken Curry
Ingredients
Chicken Marination:
1: chicken 1 kg
2: onion 2 medium
3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
4: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: fennel seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: turmeric 1/2 tsp
7: garam masala powder 1 tsp
8: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
10: oil 1/2 cup
11: tomatoes 3 medium (grind)
12: green chilli 4
13: fresh coriander 6 tbsp
14: cream 4 tbsp
Instructions

1: in a blender add onions, ginger & garlic paste, cumin seeds, and fennel seeds and grind to a smooth paste.
2: place the chicken in a bowl add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and the blended paste half and leave it for 1 hour to marinate (keep half aside).
3: heat oil and add the remaining blended mixture, fry on high flame till changes colour.
4: now add tomatoes and fry them for 2 minutes on high flame and then add the marinated chicken and cook on high flame till changes colour, add water 1 & 1/2 cup wait for a boil and then cover and cook on low to medium till the chicken is tender and oil comes on surface.
5: add green chilli, fresh coriander, cream mx and simmer on low flame for 7 minutes.
6: garnish it with a little cream and serve.
7: Served hot with Roti, Naan, or Boiled Rice.
