Ingredients

 For Kabab:

 1: mutton mince 1 kg

 2: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)

 3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp & 3 green chilli (grind)

 4: garam masala powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 5: red chilli powder 1 to 2 tsp (to your taste)

 6: coriander powder 2 tsp

 7: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 8: dry bread crumbs 10 tbsp

 9: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

 10: fresh mint 4 tbsp

 11: oil for deep frying

 

 For Chutney:

 1: dry red chilli 6

 2: garlic 4 cloves

 3: sugar 2 tsp (or) 2 tbsp

 4: salt 1 tsp

 5: cumin seeds 2 tsp

 6: lemon juice 4 tbsp

 7: water 1/2 cup

 

 For Salad:

 1: onions 1 large (finely sliced)

 2: salt 1/4 tsp

 3: mint 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add mince and all the ingredients, mix well.

     2: in a blender add the chutney ingredients and grind, then sieve it to remove the pulp. (if to spicy add sugar)

     3: make small balls from the mince mixture.

     4: heat oil.

     5:mix onion, salt, mint.

     6: add the mince balls and fry on medium flame till cooked well, do not mix the mince balls for a few minutes or it will loose shape and then let them fry till the water dries which the mince will release.

     7: now take small buns add the chutney, onions, mince balls.

     8: serve hot with cold drinks.

     

     NOTE: the chutney is quite spicy, if serving kids add KetchupMayonnese.
