Vegetable Cutlet Recipe

Ingredients

For Cutlet:

 1: potatoes 700g (boiled & mashed)

 2: mushrooms 1 can 290g (drained, squeezed & finely chopped)

 3: green chilli 5 (chopped)

 4: sweet corn 4 tbsp

 5: crushed red chilli 1 tsp

 6: salt 1 tsp

 7: crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp

 8: lemon juice 1 tbsp

 9: cornflour 2 tbsp

 10:fresh coriander 3 tbsp

 

 For Coating:

 1: eggs

 2: dry bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. 1: in a bowl mix all ingredients under cutlets.

     2: grease your palms and make cutlets.

     3: beat eggs.

     4: dip the cutlets in egg, roll in bread crumbs.

     5: heat oil.

     6: fry till gets golden and place it on paper towel.

     7: serve hot.

     

    NOTE: Can keep the mixture in the fridge in a airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
