HUNZAI HANDI RECIPE

Ingredients

Chicken Marination:

 1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in cubes)

 2: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 3: red chilli powder 2 tsp

 

 For Curry:

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 3: tomatoes 8 medium (grind)

 4: butter chicken masala powder 2 tbsp (readymade)

 5: tomato puree 4 tbsp

 6: cream 1 cup

 7: fennel seeds 1 tsp (crushed)

 8: oregano 1 tsp

 9: butter when ready to serve

 

Instructions

  1.  1:heat oil add ginger & garlic paste, tomatoes, butter chicken masala, tomato puree mix well and cook till gets thick on high flame.

     2: marinate chicken with salt, red chilli powder for 1 hour.

     3: add the marinated chicken and cook on high flame till changes colour.

     4: now add cream, fennel seeds, oregano mx well cover and cook on low to medium till gets thick and oil comes on surface.

     5: add a few green chilli.

     6: serve with butter on top.

     7: serve with naan, shermal.
