KULFA KHEER

Ingredients

1: milk 2 litre

2: bread 4 slices, khoya 250g, milk 1/2 litre

3: sugar 2 cups

4: rice 4 tbsp (soaked & grind with little)

5: pistachios 25 (sliced)

6: almonds 25 (sliced)

7: kewra water 1 to 2 tbsp

  1. 1: in a pan add milk, and ground rice mix well, and cook for 30 minutes on low flame.

    2: add sugar, and kewra water and cook till it dissolves on medium flame.

    3: then add the mixture of, bread, milk and khoya, nuts and cook till gets thick on medium flame.

    4: once cooled garnish with the nuts.

    5: serve chilled.
