RABDI / RABRI KHEER

Ingredients

 1: milk 3 kg

 2: rice 1 cup (soaked for 4 hours)

 3: sugar 1/2 cup

 4: khoya 250g (check the link for homemade khoya)

 5: sweetened condensed milk 397g can

 6: almonds 30 (sliced)

 7: pistachios 30 (sliced)

 8: green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

 9: kewra water 1 tbsp

  1. RABDI / RABRI KHEER

    1: grind the rice can add a little water.

    2: add milk to a pan and add the ground rice, wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low to medium flame till the mixture gets thick and rice tender, keep stirring and scraping the sides of the pan.

    3: now add green cardamom powder, sugar, and sweetened condensed milk mix well and cook on medium flame till gets thick and the sugar dissolves.

    4: add the khoya, and kewra water and mix well, then add the almonds, and pistachios and mix again.

    5: garnish it with remaining nuts.

    6: chill it in the fridge.

    7: serve and enjoy.
