BIHARI MASALA POWDER

Difficulty: Beginner

Ingredients

 1: dry roasted chickpeas 4 tbsp (skin off)

 2: coriander seeds 2 tbsp

 3: cashew nuts 20 or khashkhash (poppyseed) 2 tbsp

 4: red chilli powder 4 tbsp

 5: daghi mirch powder 4 tbsp

 6: kachri powder 1 tbsp

 7: nutmeg 1 tbsp

 8: mace 1 tbsp

 9: salt 1 tbsp

 10: garam masala powder 1 tbsp

 11: citric acid 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. BIHARI MASALA POWDER RECIPE

    1: in a blender grid chickpeas, coriander seeds, cashew nuts, or poppy seeds.

    2: sieve all the ingredients and mix well.

    3: store in a clean, dry airtight jar or box, and keep on the shelf (not fridge).

Note

for 1 kg mutton, chicken, or beef 2 tbsp (can add more salt to your taste).
