Ingredients

For Kofta:

 1: mutton mince 1kg

 2: bread slices 2

 3: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 4: salt 1/2 tsp

 5: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 6: coriander seeds 3 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 7: gram flour 4 tbsp (dry roasted)

 8: yogurt 4 tbsp

 9: seekh kabab masala powder 4 tbsp (readymade)

 10: green chilli 5 (crushed)

 11: eggs 2

 12: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 

 For Curry:

 1: tomatoes 1 kg

 2: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

 3: salt 1 tsp

 4: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 5: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp

 6: crushed black pepper 1 & 1/2 tsp

 7: ginger & garlic paste 3 tbsp

 8: bullet green chilli 8

 9: oil 1 cup

Instructions

  1. KOFTA KARAHI

     1: to make kofta add all ingredients under kofta and grind till smooth.

     2: grease your hands slightly and make kofta, keep aside.

     3: heat oil and deep fry the kofta till golden, keep aside.

     4: take each tomato and put cuts at the bottom, it will help to remove the skin.

     5: now heat oil and add the whole tomatoes, cover, and steam them for 10 minutes on medium flame, till the skin is about to come off.

     6: then take the tomatoes out and remove the skin as shown in the video.

     7: heat the oil add the tomatoes again, ginger & garlic paste, dry roasted cumin, crushed red chilli, crushed black  pepper, salt and cook it till the tomatoes reduce, on high flame.

     8: then add fried kofta, dry fenugreek leaves, and bullet green chili mix, cover, and simmer on low flame for 10 to 12  minutes.

     9: serve hot with RotiNaan.
