Ingredients

For Making Kofta:

 1: mutton mince 1 kg

 2: onion 1 large (grinned to paste)

 3: green chilli 5 (grinned)

 4: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 5: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 6: salt 1 tsp

 7: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 8: coriander powder 1 tbsp

 9: cumin powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 10: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

 

 For Making Curry:

 1: fresh spinach 1/2 kg (palak)

 2: fresh fenugreek leaves 2 small bunches (methi)

 3: fresh dill 1/2 bunch (soya)

 4: green chilli 5

 5: water 1 litre

 6: cumin seeds 1 tsp

 7: cloves 8

 8: black pepper corn 1/2 tsp

 9: cinnamon stick 1 piece

 10: black cardamom 2

 11: onions 1 large (grind to a paste)

 12: yogurt 1 cup

 13: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 14: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 15: cumin powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 16: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 17: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 18: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 19: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 20: milk 1/2 cup

 21: green chilli 3

 22: oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. KOFTA PALAK

     To Make Kofta:

      1: in a bowl add mince, onion paste, green chilli paste, ginger & garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder,  cumin powder, garam masala powder, fresh coriander and mix well.

     2: make balls size of a golf ball and keep aside.

     

     To Make Curry: 

     1: cut and wash spinach, dill, fenugreek leaves, green chilli, then place them in a pot with water 1 litre boil it for 15  minutes, discard water and grind it to a paste.

     2: heat oil add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, black pepper corn, black cardamom, onion paste, ginger & garlic  paste and fry on high flame till changes colour.

     3: then add coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, yogurt and cook on high flame till the oil  comes on the surface.

     4: now add water 2 cups and bring it to a boil on high flame, then add the kofta and cook on medium to high flame till  the water dries.

     5: add the grinned spinach mixture, milk mix well wait for a boil on high flame first, then cover and cook on medium to  high flame till it gets thick (it is your choice how thick or thin curry to keep).

     6: now add garam masala powder, green chilli mix.

     7: serve hot with rice, paratha or roti.
