SUMMER FRUIT SOUFFLE
Ingredients
1: double cream 1&1/2 cup
2: milk 1/2 cup
3: sweetened condensed milk 1 can
4: frozen summer fruit 2 cups (or any fruit of your choice frozen or fresh)
5: cold water 1/4 cup
6: gelatine 1tbs
7: vanilla essence 1tbs
For Garnishing:
1: spray cream for garnishing
2: extra fruit for garnishing
Instructions

1: soak the gelatine in water for 3 to 3 minutes.
2: in a blender add all the ingredients and blend till smooth.
3: place in smart glasses, keep in fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
4: garnish it with spray cream, fruit.
5: serve and enjoy.
