SOUR CREAM (homemade)

Ingredients

1: double cream 1 cup

2: lemon juice 1ts

Instructions

  1. 1: mix cream & lemon juice and leave it for 1 to 2 minutes.

    2: now whisk it till it gets thick.

    3: sour cream is ready to use.
