KEEMAY KE DAHI BARAY

Ingredients

1: chicken mince 500g (fine)

2: fresh bread crumbs 3 slices

3: fresh coriander 3 tbs

4: fresh mint 2 tbs

5: turmeric 1/2 tsp

6: red chilli powder 1 ts

7: ginger & garlic paste 1 ts

8: garam masala powder 1 ts

9: salt 1/2 ts

10:oil for frying

Serving With:

1: thick Greek yogurt 1 kg

2: powder sugar 3 tbs

3: sweet imli (tamarind) chutney 1/2 cup (see the link in the video)

4: crushed red chilli 1 ts

5: roasted crushed cumin seeds 1ts

6: chaat masala 1/2 ts

7: salt 1/2 ts

Instructions

  1. KEEMAY KE DAHI BARAY

    1: mix the chicken mince, ginger & garlic paste, garam masala powder, red chili, salt, turmeric, mint, coriander, and bread crumbs mix well.

    2: heat oil for frying.

    3: grease your palms with a drop of oil and make small round flat patties.

    4: fry till golden on medium flame, keep them on a paper towel to remove extra oil.

    5: whisk the yogurt with salt, sugar.

    6: add a few spoons of yogurt mixture to the dish, place the fried baray on it, and then the remaining yogurt on the top, sprinkle roasted cumin, chaat masala, crushed red chili, sweet chutney, and fresh coriander.

    7: garnish with fresh coriander 

    8:serve and enjoy
