WHIPPED CREAM (homemade)
Ingredients
1: double cream 2 & 1/2 cup
2: icing sugar 8 tbs
3: vanilla essence 1 tbs
Instructions

1: in a bowl add cream, icing sugar, and vanilla and beat till gets thick.
2: use for frosting cakes, and cupcakes or serve with fresh fruits.

Note
it is very important to keep the cream in the fridge to chill, the hooks of the beater in the freezer, and the bowl you will beat the cream in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then in a bowl add some ice it helps more to get the cream thicker.
