CREPES 2 DELICIOUS WAYS

Ingredients

 1: plain flour 1 cup

 2: milk 1 cup

 3: water 1/2 cup

 4: eggs 2

 5: sugar 3 tbs

 6: salt 1/4 ts

 7: vanilla essences 1 tbs

 8: unsalted butter 1 tbs (melted)

  

Instructions

  1. 1: in a blender add all ingredients and blend till no lumps are left.

     2: cover and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.

     3: heat a 8 inch nonstick pan, add 1/4 cup batter quickly tilt pan in al directions so batter covers pan with a thin film.

     4: cook about 1 minute.

     5: carefully lift the edge of the crepe to test if done, the underside is slightly brown.

     6: turn crepe over and cook for 30 seconds or till the centre is set.

     7: place the crepes on a paper towel, repeat same with the remaining batter, and do stir the batter before adding to the  pan.

     8: to make Nutella crepe: add Nutella, banana & roll serve with vanilla ice cream, garnish with chocolate sauce.

     9: to make cream crepe: add whipped cream, strawberry & roll, garnish it with powder sugar.

     

     For Serving:

     

     1: Nutella (as required)

     2: bananas 3 (sliced)

     3: vanilla ice cream (as required)

     4: strawberries 400g (sliced)

     5: whipped cream (homemade link on the video)

     6: powder sugar for dusting (3tbs

     7: chocolate sauce for garnishing
