DOUBLE CHEESE CHICKEN BURGER

Ingredients

For Chicken Patty:

 1: chicken mince 1 kg

 2: bread slices 2 to 3 (large)

 3: garlic paste 1 tbsp

 4: salt 1 tsp

 5: wostershire sauce 2 tbsp

 6: onion 1 small (finely chopped)

 7: coriander leaves 3 tbsp

 8: mustard powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 9: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp

 10: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 11: oregano 1 & 1/2 tsp

 

 For Stuffing:

 1: mozzarella cheese (cut in cubes)

 

 For Sauce:

 1: mayonnaise 1cup

 2: mustard paste 2 tbsp

 3: hot sauce 2tbsp

 4: soya sauce 1 tbsp

 5: cabbage 3 tbsp (finely chopped)

 6: fresh coriander 1tbsp

 7: lemon juice 1 tbsp

 8: honey 3 tbsp

 

 For Frying Bruger:

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: unsalted butter 25g

 3: garlic 1 tsp (crushed)

 

 To Assemble:

 1: buns

 2: lettuce

 3: onion rings

 4: cheese slices

Instructions

  1. DOUBLE CHEESE CHICKEN BURGER

     1: in a bowl add all the ingredients under sauce and mix well.

     2: in a chopper add all the ingredients under chicken patty and blend till combined, then keep in the fridge covered for  1/2 to 1 hour.

     3: then take the chicken mixture, grease your palms and flatten the mince add the mozzarella cheese and add some  more mice and make a smooth patty.

     4: heat oil and butter add garlic, place the patty and fry on both side till dark golden, on low to medium flame for 5 to 7  minutes on each side.

     5: warm the buns, spread the sauce on both sides of the buns, lettuce, patty, cheese slices, onion, sauce, bun top.

     6: serve hot with fries and cold drink.
