MANGO KHEER

Ingredients

 1: milk 13 cups

 2: rice 1 cup (washed & soaked for 30 minutes)

 3: milk 1 cup

 4: almonds 10 (crushed)

 5: pistachio 15 (crushed)

 6: green cardamom powder 1 tsp

 7: mango pulp 2 cups

 8: mango pulp 1/2 cup

 9: almonds 1 cup (skin off)

 10: sugar 1 & 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. MANGO KHEER

    1: in a blender add the rice, 1/2 cup milk, and blend it.

    2: in a gblender add the peeled almonds, milk 1/2 cup, and blend it.

    3: in a large pan add the milk 13 cups and bring it to a boil, on high flame.

    4: now add the ground rice and keep stirring till gets thick, on medium to high flame.

    5: then add sugar, green cardamom powder, and almond paste mix well and close the flame, leave to cool completely.

    6: once cooled add the mango pulp mix well.

    7: transfer it to a serving dish, top it with mango pulp, almonds, and pistachios keep it in the fridge to chill.

    8: serve and enjoy.
