CHICKEN BHAJIA

Ingredients

1: boneless chicken 500g (cut in very very small pieces)

 2: gram flour 4 tbsp (heaped)

 3: semolina 4 tbsp

 4: baking powder 1 tsp

 5: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

 6: coriander seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 7: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 8: salt 1 tsp

 9: eggs 2

 10: onions 2 large (grated and drained)

 11: green chilli 4 (finely chopped)

 12: fresh mint 2 tbsp

 13: fresh coriander 2 tbsp

 

 For Frying:

 1: oil

Instructions

  1. CHICKEN BHAJIA

     1: in a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.

     2: heat oil and add the mixture to the hot oil and fry till golden on medium flame, place them on a paper towel.

     3: Served hot with sweet imli chutney.
