MIRCH KE PAKODE

Ingredients

 For Pakode:

 1: german chilli 12

 2: chaat masala 6 tbsp

 3: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 4: salt 1/4 tsp

 6: khatai powder 1 tsp

 7: water for making thick paste

 

 For Batter:

 1: gram flour 1 cup (sieved)

 2: salt 1/2 tsp

 3: baking soda 1/4 tsp

 4: water to make medium batter

 

 For Frying:

 1: oil

Instructions

  1. MIRCH KE PAKODE

     1: cut the chili from the middle.

     2: in a bowl add chaat masala, salt, cumin, khatai powder, and water mix well, make a thick paste, and spread it in the middle of the green chilli.

     3: heat oil.

     4: in a bowl add gram flour, salt, baking soda, and water and make batter, dip the green chilli one at a time place it in the hot oil fry till golden, on high flame.

     5: Served hot with mint chutney and roti.
