METHI KEEMA KABAB

Ingredients

1: beef mince 1 kg (with 20% fat)

 2: dry fenugreek leaves 5 tbsp

 3: crushed red chilli 2 tbsp

 4: salt 1 tsp

 5: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 6: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 7: papaya paste 2 tbsp

 8: onions 1 large (finely chopped)

 9: green chilli 4 (finely chopped)

 10: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

 11: oil for frying

 12: chaat masala for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. METHI KEEMA KABAB

     1: take a chopper and add all the ingredients and blend it well, then add coriander and mix well.

     2: grease your palms and make kababs.

     3: heat oil and fry the kababs till golden on both sides, on medium flame, once fried place them on a paper towel to remove extra oil.

     4: once fried sprinkle it with chaat masala powder.

     5: Served with onion rings, paratha, puri paratha, roti, and mint chutney.
