ELAICHI KA SHARBAT

Ingredients

 1: sugar 750g

 2: green cardamom 1/2 cup (elaichi)

 3: green cardamom powder 1 tbsp (elaichi)

 4: water 2 litre

 5: green food color 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. ELAICHI KA SHARBAT

     1: soak green cardamom, green cardamom powder, and water overnight.

     2: then press the green cardamom pods to separate the needs.

     3: now transfer this water and green cardamom mixture to a pot, and boil on medium to high flame for 10 minutes.

     4: then add the sugar and boil till the sugar dissolves on medium to high flame, once the sugar is dissolved keep boiling till gets thick.

     5: now strain the liquid and add the food color, mix, and leave it to cool.

     6: once cooled fill it in clean bottles or jars.

     7: to use mix 1/4 cup syrup with water or milk.
