MUTTON MASALA BOTI

Ingredients

1: mutton 1kg

 2: onion1 lage (grind to a paste)

 3: thick greek yogurt 1 cup

 4: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 5: papaya paste 1 tbsp

 6: salt 1 tsp

 7: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 8: chaat masala powder 1/2 tsp

 9: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 10: coriander Seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 11: cumin seeds 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 12: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 13: lemon juice 2 tbsp

 14: cinnamon stick 1 piece

 15: cumin seeds 1 tsp

 16: cloves 4

 17: bullet green chilli 2 (chopped)

 18: coal to smoke the meat

 19: oil 1/2 cup

 20: onion 2 medium (rings to serve it with)   

Instructions

  1. MUTTON MASALA BOTI

     1: in a bowl add mutton, yogurt, ginger & garlic paste, papaya paste, chat masala, red chilli, crushed coriander seeds,  crushed cumin seed, black pepper, salt mix well, cover and keep aside for 2 hours.

     2: heat oil add the onion paste and fry on high flame till changes colour.

     3: add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick and fry, then the meat mix well, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover  and cook on low to medium till the oil comes on the surface and meat completely cooked. can add water if required).

     4: now add garam masala powder, lemon juice, green chilli mix and close the flame.

     5: heat the coal, place foil on the meat, add hot coal, little oil on top and cover till the smoke settles.

     6: serve with onion rings and naan.
