MAGGI MASALA (Powder)

Best Season: Suitable throughout the year

Ingredients

1: onion powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

2: garlic powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

3: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

4: red chilli powder 1 tsp

5: turmeric 1/2 tsp

6: cumin powder 1 tsp

7: black pepper powder 1 tsp

8: fenugreek leaves 1/2 tsp

9: ginger powder 1/2 tsp

10: garam masala powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

11: sugar 6 tsp

12: crushed red chilli 1 tsp

13: cornflour 1 tsp

14: dry mango powder 1/2 tsp

15: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. MAGGI MASALA (Powder)

    1: mix all ingredients with a spoon and then add it to a grinder and grind tell a powder.

    2: store in a clean airtight jar.

    3: to make Maggi: boil noodles with 200g of salt 1 tsp and water 6 cups, once boiled add 2 heaped tsp of the Maggi masala and mix well to make sure there is still water in the boiled noodles.

    4: serve hot and enjoy.
