GULAB KA SHARBAT

Ingredients

 1: sugar 750g

 2: water 1 & 1/2 cup

 3: rose water 1 cup

 4: red food color 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. GULAB KA SHARBAT

     1: in a pot add sugar, and water and cook on medium to high till the sugar melts.

     2: then cook for a further 2 minutes on high flame till it gets very little thick.

     3: then close the flame add the rose water, red food colour mix, and leave to cool completely.

     4: store it in a sterilized bottle on the shelf and not fridge.

     5: serve it in milk or water your choice, add as much syrup as you like for sweetness.
