TAWA FISH

Ingredients

 For Marination:

 1: fish sea bass 700g (or of your choice boneless)

 2: vinegar 1/3 cup

 3: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 4: salt 1/2 tsp

 

For Batter:

 1: salt 1/2 tsp

 2: carom seeds 1/2 tsp (ajwain)

 3: cumin seeds 1 tbsp

 4: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

 5: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 6: egg 1

 7: yellow food colour 1/4 tsp

 8: corn flour 4 tbsp

 9: plain flour 2 & 1/2 tbsp

 10: lemon juice 1/3 cup

 11: crushed black pepper 1 tsp

 12: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

 

For Frying:

 1: oil

  1. TAWA FISH

    1: in a bowl add fish, salt, vinegar, ginger & garlic paste mix and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes.

    2: then wash the fish and pat it dry.

    3: in a bowl add all the ingredients under the batter mix well and add the fish pieces marinate and leave it for 30 minutes.

    4: heat oil 1/2 cup and fry the fish on medium to high till golden on both sides.

    5: sprinkle chaat masala on the Tawa Fish.

    6: Served hot with roti.
