SALSA DIP

Ingredients

1: tomatoes 4 medium

2: onion 1 medium

3: garlic 6 cloves

4: jalapeño 2 or 2 green chilli

5: tin tomato 1 (330g u can use the liquid of the tin or leave it)

6: lime juice 1

7: jalapeno pickled 2 tbsp

8: cumin seeds 1 tsp (crushed)

9: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

10: sugar 3 tsp

11: fresh coriander 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. SALSA DIP

     1: in a chopper add coriander, jalapeño, onion, tomatoes, garlic, salt, sugar, cumin, lime juice and blend it till combined.

     2: then and the pickled jalapeño, tin tomatoes and blend it again.

     3: serve with nachos, fries, taco, fajitas. (store in air tight container in fridge)
