MOZZARELLA ONION RINGS

Ingredients

1: onions 3 medium (peeled cut in rings 1cm thick)

 2: plain flour 1 & 1/2 cup

 3: dry bread crumbs 3 cups

 4: salt 1 tbsp

 5: garlic powder 1tbsp

 6: eggs 5 to 6 (can use more)

 7: mozzarella cheese slices 9

 8: oil for frying

Instructions

  1. MOZZARELLA ONION RINGS

     1: cut the mozzarella cheese slices into 4 even strips.

     2: place a small onion ring in a larger onion ring, and fill the gap between the rings with mozzarella strips.

     3: keep it in the freezer for 2 hours.

     4: heat oil.

     5: mix flour, salt, garlic powder in a bowl.

     6: now take the onion rings out from the freezer, roll them in the flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs, and then dip in the egg and then bread crumbs.

     7: place it in hot oil and fry till golden on high flame, do not over-fry them as the cheese will ooze out.

     8: Served hot with ketchup, and pizza sauce.
