BESAN KE LADOO

Ingredients

 1: Gram Flour 2 cups

 2: Semolina (fine) 4-5 tbsp

 3: Sugar 1 cup

 4: Almonds 15-20 (finely chopped)

 5: Clarified Butter or Unsalted Butter (Half Cup)

 6: Cardamom 10-12 (remove outer cover)

Instructions

  1. BESAN KE LADOO

     1: In a large pan add gram flour, semolina & Cardamom.

     2: Then mix on low heat till turns golden for two minutes and stir continuously.

     3: After 2 minutes add clarified butter or unsalted butter.

     4: Now for five minutes on low flame keep stirring & mix well.

     5: Till the gram flour smells sweet and turns golden-brown keep mixing.

     6: Now on medium heat stir for 6-7 minutes till mixture is dark golden.

     7: Then let the mixture cool down when warm after 5-8 minutes add sugar.

     8: Now add almonds & mix well, and leave the mixture for 1 hour.

     9: Once the mixture turns hard start making balls in medium size.

     10: Garnish with 2-4 almonds (finely chopped) on top of gram flour balls.

     11: Serve and enjoy.
