ONE POT LASAGNA SOUP

Ingredients

1: beef mince 500g

 2: lasagna sheets 5 (broken in 2 inch pieces)

 3: oregano 1/2 tsp

 4: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 5: garlic 4 to 8 cloves (crushed)

 6: tomato paste 4 tbsp (from a tube)

 7: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

 8: sugar 2 tbsp

 9: salt 1 tsp

 10: balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp

 11: crushed tomato can 1 (350g)

 12: onion 1 large (finely chopped)

 13: ready made lasagna sauce 1 jar (600g)

 14: chicken stock 10 cups or (10 cups water mixed with 3 chicken cubes - THIS IS WHAT I USED)

 15: cream 1/2 cup

 16: shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup

 17: grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup

 18: ricotta cheese 1/2 cup

 19: oil 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. ONE POT LASAGNA SOUP

      1: heat oil add onions and fry till soft on high flame.

      2: then add mince, garlic, and crushed red chili and cook till the mince changes color and no liquid is left.

      3: now add the lasagna sauce, crushed tomato, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, Oregon, and tomato paste mix well and add the broken lasagna, chicken stock 6 cups, mix well wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on l   low flame for 20 to 30 minutes till the lasagna is cooked.

      4: then add cream, chicken stock 4 cups mix, and cook till gets a little thick.

      5: add the parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ricotta cheese and mix well.

      6: garnish it with little mozzarella cheese serve hot with garlic bread & enjoy.
