BANG BANG SPAGHETTI

Ingredients

 1: spaghetti 1 kg (boiled with salt 1 & 1/2 tbsp, oil 1/4 cup)

 2: prawns 1 & 1/2 kg

 3: spring onions 2 ( chopped)

 4: sesame oil 3/4 cup

 5: corn flour 3 tbsp

 6: fresh garlic 4 cloves (crushed)

 7: salt 1 tsp

 8: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 9: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

 10: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

 For Sauce:

 1: mayonnaise 2 cups

 2: sweet chilli sauce 1 cup

 3: lemon or lime juice 4 tbsp

 4: fresh garlic 5 cloves (crushed)

 5: crushed red chilli 3 tsp

 6: Sriracha Sauce 3 tbsp

  1. BANG BANG SPAGHETTI

    1: to make the sauce: in a bowl add mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, garlic, Sriracha, crushed red chilli, and lemon juice mix well and keep aside.

    2: marinate the prawns: in a bowl add prawns, crushed red chilli, chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, and garlic mix well, then add the corn flour and mix again.

    3: heat the sesame oil add the prawns and cook on medium to high flame for 9 to 10 minutes.

    4: add the spring onions mix and close the flame.

    5: now in a large pot add the spaghetti, and sauce and mix well, then add the prawns and mix well.

    6: serve hot and enjoy.
