CHINESE SIZZLER WITH OYSTER SAUCE
1: heat oil and fry the garlic. ginger for 1/2 a minute, on high flame.
2: add all vegetables, green chili, oyster sauce, black pepper, crushed red chili, sugar, salt, vinegar, soya sauce, and chicken stock mix well, and wait for a boil on high flame.
3: mix corn flour with water and add slowly to the gravy, wait till it gets a little thick, close the flame add the nuggets mix add the spring onions (white part and mix).
4: heat the sizzler plate, add a little water, and oil, place cabbage leaves, and serve the chicken and rice.
5: garnish it with the spring onion green part, serve, and enjoy.
