CHINESE SIZZLER WITH OYSTER SAUCE

Ingredients

 1: chicken nuggets 1 kg (readymade or check the link in the video fry and keep aside)
 
 2:  fresh garlic 2 tsp (crushed)
 
 3:  fresh ginger 1-inch piece (sliced)
 
 4:  black pepper powder 1 tsp
 
 5:  crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp
 
 6:  sugar 5 to 6 tbsp
 
 7:  salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
 
 8:  vinegar 3 tbsp
 
 9:  dark soya sauce 3 tbsp
 
 10: oyster sauce 9 tbsp
 
 11: mushrooms canned 2 (each 285g)
 
 12: carrots 2 small (finely sliced)
 
 13: bell pepper 1 large (deseeded and cut into cubes)
 
 14: onion 2 medium (cut in 4 and separate the layers)
 
 15: green chilli 4 (cut in 4)
 
 16: spring onion 2 (sliced and keep the green part separate)
 
 17: corn flour 2 tbsp (mix with little water)
 
 18: chicken cubes 2 (mixed with 5 cups of hot water)
 
 19: oil 3 tbsp
 
 20: serve with Chinese fried rice

  1. CHINESE SIZZLER WITH OYSTER SAUCE

     1: heat oil and fry the garlic. ginger for 1/2 a minute, on high flame.

     2: add all vegetables, green chili, oyster sauce, black pepper, crushed red chili, sugar, salt, vinegar, soya sauce, and chicken stock mix well, and wait for a boil on high flame.

     3: mix corn flour with water and add slowly to the gravy, wait till it gets a little thick, close the flame add the nuggets mix add the spring onions (white part and mix).

     4: heat the sizzler plate, add a little water, and oil, place cabbage leaves, and serve the chicken and rice.

     5: garnish it with the spring onion green part, serve, and enjoy.
