PURI PARATHA Roll

Ingredients

For Puri:

 1: plain flour 4 cups

 2: water as required to make a medium hard dough

 3: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 

 Filling Paste:

 1: egg white of 1 egg

 2: ghee 2 tbsp

 3: plain flour 1 tbsp

 

 Fry Frying:

 1: oil

  1. PURI PARATHA Roll

     1: in a bowl add plain flour, salt mix it.

     2: add water slowly to make medium-hard dough.

     3: grease a bowl and place the dough in it roll the dough in the bowl so that the dough is also greased, cover with a damp cloth, and leave it for 1 hour.

     4: make the filling paste: mix very well plain flour, egg white, and ghee.

     5: now make the balls with the dough 8 medium and 5 large.

     6: grease the working surface and roll the dough.

     7: spread the mixture in the rolled dough and fold it as in the video, cover it, and leave it for 10 minutes.

     8: then stretch from the sides pull onwards and make balls again.

     9: grease the surface and roll it thin.

     10: The oil should be hot.

     11: Place the paratha in hot oil fry one side turn and fry the other side (do not fry for long will get crispy), and place on a paper towel.

     12: to serve it with a filling check the link in the video.
