RED VELVET BROWNIES

Ingredients

 1: plain flour 1&1/2 cup

 2: sugar 2 cups

 3: salted butter 210g (room temperature)

 4: eggs 4 (large)

 5: cocoa powder 1tbsp

 6: vanilla essences 1tbsp

 7: baking powder 1&1/2tsp

 8: red food colour (as much required for how bright or light you like)

Cream Cheese Frosting:

 

 1: powder sugar 1&1/2 cup

 2: cream cheese 110g

 3: salted butter 50g (room temperature)

 4: vanilla essences 1tbs

 5: sprinkles for deco

Instructions

  1. Preheat The Oven 350f, 180c, gas Mark 4.

     

     1: grease the dish well and keep aside.

     2: in a bowl add sugar, butter and beat till combined.

     3: then add 1 egg at a time and beat till all the eggs are added.

     4: in a separates bowl sieve the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and mix it with a spoon.

     5: add vanilla essences, red food colour, flour mixture in the egg mixture and beat till combined.

     6: add the batter in the greased pan or dish.

     7: bake for 40 to 45 minutes or check with a tooth pick in the centre comes out clean it is done.

     8: leave to cool completely.

     9: for the frosting, add butter, cream cheese in a bowl and beat well till gets creamy.

     10:then add vanilla essence, powder sugar and beat well, that it gets thick.

     11:spread the frosting on the brownie and keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.

     12:garnish it with sprinkles before serving.
