GOLDEN SYRUP

Ingredients

1: sugar 100g

 2: water 3 tbsp

 3: sugar 1/2 kg

 4: boiling water 300ml

 5: lemon 1 piece

Instructions

  1. GOLDEN SYRUP

    1: in a pan add 100g sugar, water 3 tbsp cook till gets golden colour on medium.

     2: then add boiling water, sugar and cook till the sugar dissolves on high flame.

     3: now add lemon and cook on low flame for 45 minutes, do not stair.

     4: then let it cool down, transfer it in a sterilise jar.

     5: can store for 1 month.
