PHALLI KEEMA

Ingredients

1: green beans 500g (phalli)

2: mince 1 kg (mutton)

3: tomatoes 2 large (chopped)

4: onion 1 large (chopped)

5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

6: green chilli 2

7: red chilli powder 1 tsp

8: salt 1 tsp

9: cumin seeds 1 tbsp

10: turmeric 1/2 tsp

11: garam masala powder 1 tsp

12: oil 1/2 cup

13: fresh coriander handful

Instructions

  1. PHALLI KEEMA

     1: heat oil add cumin seeds, onion, ginger & garlic paste fry till golden, on high flame.

     2: add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, red chilli, water 1/2 cup mix well cook till the oil comes on the surface and the tomatoes  are softened, on high flame.

     3: now add the mince mix well and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

     4: then add the green beans, water 1 glass mix cover and cook on medium flame till the water dries and the beans are  cooked.

     5: now add garam masala powder, green chilli, coriander mix well on high flame for 1 minute.

     6: serve hot with roit.
