BADAMI MURGH PASANDAY

Ingredients

 1: chicken breast 1 kg (pasanda cut)

 2: Thick Greek yogurt 1 & 1/2 cups

 3: onion 1 (grinned)

 4: tomato paste 1/2 cup (readymade)

 5: green cardamom powder 1 tsp

 6: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 7: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 8: mace 1/4 tsp

 9: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 10: salt 1 tsp

 11: unsalted butter 50g

 12: oil 1/2 cup

 13: almonds 30 (grinned)

 14: fresh coriander 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add chicken, salt, ginger & garlic, and yogurt mix and leave it cover for 1 hour.

     2: heat oil, butter add onion paste fry till golden.

     3: then add tomato paste, red chili, black pepper, green cardamom powder, mace, and grilled almond mix and cook on high flame till the oil comes to the surface.

     4: now add the marinated chicken, water 1/2 cup mix wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on medium flame till the oil comes to the surface and the chicken is cooked.

     5: add fresh coriander mix.

     6: Served hot with roti, or naan.
