CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM
Ingredients
1: double cream or whipping cream 2 cups (chilled)
2: sweetened condensed milk 397g can
3: unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup
4: vanilla essences 1 tbsp
5: chocolate chips 100g

CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM
1: in a bowl add sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla and whisk it well.
2: in another bowl add the cream and beat till stiff peaks form.
3: fold the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the beaten cream.
4: add the chocolate chips and mix
5: pour into a container, cover, and freeze for 6 to 7 hours.
6: for serving take it out from the freezer and leave it for 15 minutes.
7: served with chocolate sauce and enjoy.
