BREAD KACHORI

Difficulty: Beginner
Best Season: Suitable throughout the year

Ingredients

1: large bread slices 25 (cut with a round cutter)

2: Potatoes 4 large (boiled and mashed)

3: Peas 1 cup (boiled)

4: Coriander leaves 3tbsp

5: Green chilies 3 (chopped)

6: Roasted and crushed cumin 1tsp

7: Black pepper 1/2 tsp

8: Salt 1 tsp

9: Chat masala 1tsp

10: Cottage cheese grated 1 cup

Instructions

  1. BREAD KACHORI

    1: Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, peas, chopped green coriander, green chilies, chopped and roasted cumin, black pepper, salt, chaat masala, and grated cheese mix them all.

    2: For making kachori, add bread to water & press firmly to remove water 2 pieces at a time.

    3: Then add filling, place another part of bread, and press it firmly to make the kachori.

    4: heat oil for deep frying, until it gets golden.

    5: Serve it with ketchup.
