KHUBANI KA MEETHA

Ingredients

1: dried khobani (apricot) 300g (soaked in water over night)

2: sugar 1/2 cup

3: water 1 glass

4: milk 4&1/2 cups

5: sugar 1/2 cup

6: custard powder 3tbs(heaped)

7: almonds 20 (sliced)

8: double cream 1 cup

 

 

Instructions

  1. KHUBANI KA MEETHA

     

     

    1: in a pan add khobani, sugar, water and cook till gets soft on low to medium flame and mash it (can also grind it to a paste).

    2: in a pan add milk, sugar mix and wait for a boil on medium flame.

    3: then mix custard with little milk and add to the milk keep mixing and cook till gets little thick on medium to high flame (not to thick).

    4: place the khobani in a dish top it with custard, leave to cool.

    5: then spread the cream, almonds.

    6: serve warm or cold.
