SPICY FRIED FISH

Ingredients

 

 

1: fish fillet 1/2 kg

2: lemon juice 4 tbs

3: salt 1 ts

4: gram flour 1 cup

5: semolina 1 tbs

6: turmeric 1/2 ts

7: red chilli powder 1/2 ts

8: cumin powder 1 ts

9: ginger & garlic paste 1 ts

10:garam masala powder 1/2 ts

11:green chilli 4 (paste)

12:fresh coriander 3 tbs

13:egg 1

14:water 1/4 cup

15:salt 1/2 ts

16:oil for frying

 

 

Instructions

  1. SPICY FRIED FISH

     

     

    1: marinate fish with salt 1/2 tsp, lemon juice and keep aside for 20 minutes.

    2: in a bowl add gram flour, semolina, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder, ginger & garlic paste, garam masala powder, green chilli paste, egg, fresh coriander, water mix well and make the batter.

    3: dip the fish pieces in the batter and fry till golden and crisp on low to medium flame.

    4: serve hot with a splash of lemon juice, and chaat masala powder.
