TIRAMISU CUPCAKES

Ingredients

Cup Cake:

1: Butter softened 75g

2: Oil 1/4 cup

3: Caster sugar 1 cup

4: Vanilla essence 1 tsp

5: Coffee 2 tsp

6: Eggs 3

7: Flour 2 cups

8: Milk 2/3 cup

9: Thick curd 1/3 cup

10:Vinegar 1 tsp

11:Baking powder 2 tsp

12:Baking soda 1/4 tsp

 

Frosting:

1: Cream cheese 100g

2: Whipped cream 1 cup

3: Butter 100g

4: Icing Sugar 1 cup

5: Coffee 1 tsp

6: Milk 1 tbsp

7: Coco powder to dust

 

Soaking Syrup:

1: hot Water 1 cup

2: Sugar 1 tbs cup

3: Coffee 1 tsp

 

 

Instructions

  1. TIRAMISU CUPCAKES

     

     

    Cup Cake Recipe:          

    preheat oven 180c, 350f, gas 4.

     

    1: In bowl sieve together flour, baking powder, baking soda keep aside.

    2: beat sugar and butter till creamy then add eggs, milk, yogurt, coffee, vanilla essence, vinegar and oil for 2 minutes. Pour this mixture in the dry ingredients, beat slightly till combined.

    3: spoon in the batter in cup cake liners, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and leave to cool.

    4: add the coffee syrup on cup cakes.

    5: once cooled then add pipe the frosting, dust coco powder.

    6: serve and enjoy.

     

    Soaking Syrup:

    1: mix coffee, water and sugar well.

    2: add the syrup on the cup cakes.

     

    Frosting:

    1: beat the cream till firm keep aside.

    2: beat cream cheese, butter, icing sugar till combined, then add the whipped cream, dissolved coffee and beat once again.

    3: fill the piping bag pipe on the top of the cup cakes.
