FRIED ONION RINGS

Ingredients

1: Onion 2 medium

2: Dry flour 2 cup

3: Bread crumbs 1&1/2 cup

Batter:

1: Self-raising flour 1/2 cup

2: Salt 1/2 tsp

3: Egg 1 beaten

4: Milk 1/2 cup (or as required)

5 : Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. FRIED ONION RINGS

    1: cut the onions into rings.

    2: make a batter with self-raising flour, salt, egg, milk, and oil beat it till smooth (can add more milk if the batter is too thick).

    3: Dip the onion rings in the batter, then roll in flour, and bread crumbs and keep in the freezer for 1/2 hour (can also freeze and use when required).

    4: heat oil and deep fry on medium flame.

    5: serve hot.

    Note: for best results keep in the freezer & then deep fry the onion rings.
