FRIED PRAWN BALLS

Ingredients

1: Prawns cleaned 600g

2: White pepper 1 tsp or ( crushed black pepper)

3: Salt 1/2 ts

4: Soya sauce 2 tbs

5: Ginger garlic paste 2 ts

6: Corn flour 4 ts heaped

7: Flour 5 tbsp heaped

8: Egg 1 beaten

9: Baking powder 1/2 tsp heaped

Instructions

  1. FRIED PRAWN BALLS

    1: Coarsely chop prawns. 

    2: then mix White pepper, Salt, soy sauce, Ginger garlic paste, Corn flour, Flour, beaten Egg, and Baking powder in the prawns and leave to marinate for 30 minutes, make into balls, and deep fry till light golden.

    3: Served hot with sauce of your choice.
