- 400g ginger
- 400g garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup oil (adjust as needed)

1. Peel and wash the ginger and garlic. Add salt.
2. Combine all ingredients, except the oil, in a blender.
3. While blending, slowly add the oil until the paste achieves a smooth consistency.
4. Place the paste in a sterilized container and store it in the fridge or freezer for extended use.
