Ingredients

Tzatziki Sauce:

1: thick Greek yogurt 1 cup

2: mayonnaise 3 tbs

3: crushed black pepper 1 tsp

4: salt 1 tsp

5: lemon juice 1 tbs

6: paprika powder 1/2 tsp

7: garlic paste 1 tsp

8: dill 1 tsp

9: cucumber 1 medium (grated)

 

Chicken Marination:

1: chicken breast 1 kg

2: lemon zest 1 tsp

3: garlic paste or crushed 1 tbs

4: lemon juice 3 tbs

5: chilli sauce 2 tbs

6: mixed herbs 1 tbs

7: crushed black pepper 1 tbs

8: crushed red chilli 1 tsp

9: salt 1 tsp

10: oil 2 tbs

 

Salad:

1: tomatoes 2 (finely sliced)

2: onion 1 large (finely sliced)

3: lettuce 2 cups (finely sliced)

4: naan as many required

5: coal for grill taste 1 piece

Instructions

  1. CHICKEN GYRO

    1: add all the ingredients under chicken and mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.

    2: make the sauce by grating the cucumber and squeeze the water out.

    3: then add the cucumber and all the ingredients under the sauce mix well cover and keep in the fridge.

    4: slice the salad and keep it aside.

    5: heat oil 3 tbs in a pan add the chicken and cook for 7 to 8 minutes on each side or till the chicken is completely cooked.

    6: then remove the chicken cut into medium strips and add it to the pan again so that the inner is also coated with the remaining sauce.

    7: heat the coal and add to the chicken on a foil add a little oil and cover till the smoke settles.

    8: warm the naan, add the sauce, chicken, and salad roll it in foil or baking paper cut it in half.

    9: serve hot with fries and drinks of your choice.
