CANNED SAAG GOSHT
Ingredients
1: mutton 1 kg
2: sarso ka saag 450g (3 cans)
3: onions 2 large (finely chopped)
4: tomatoes 3 large (finely chopped)
5: ginger&garlic paste 1tbs (heaped)
6: green chill 4 (sliced)
7: garam masala powder 1ts
8: salt 1ts
9: turmeric 1/2ts
10: red chilli powder 1ts
11: oil 1/2 cup

CANNED SAAG GOSHT
1: heat oil add onions, ginger & garlic paste fry till gets light golden.
2: add the tomatoes, garam masala, salt, turmeric, and red chili mix and cook on high flame till the oil comes to the surface.
3: now add the meat, water 2 glasses mix wait for a boil cover, and cook on low to medium flame till the meat is cooked completely and oil comes to the surface.
4: then add the saag and cook on high flame till the oil again comes to the surface.
5: add the green chili mix and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
6: Served hot with roti, rice, or naan.
