Ingredients

1: sweet condensed milk 397g (2 tins), (for homemade Condensed milk click HERE)

2: gulab jamun 11 pieces

3: rice 8tbs (soaked in water for 2 hours)

4: khoya made with ricotta cheese 500g (check the link on the video or click HERE)

5: vanilla custard 2tbs

6: almonds 12 (sliced)

7: pistachio 12 (sliced)

8: kewra water 2tbs

9: milk 2 liter

10: milk 1 cup

  1. SPECIAL KHEER

    1: grind the soaked rice to a paste, but drain the water.

    2: in a large pot add milk, ground rice, condensed milk, and khoya (leave a little for garnishing) keep stirring on high flame and wait for a boil, then cook on low to medium flame till starts to get thick, keep stirring.

    3: mix the custard in 1 cup milk.

    4: when the milk starts to get thick add the custard mixture and cook further till it gets thick.

    5: close the flame and add the kewra water mix well.

    6: garnish it with gulab jamun, remaining khoya, almonds, and pistachio.

    7: Served hot or cold.
