ROTI – CHAPATI

Ingredients

 

 

1: Aata dough (see the link on the video or Click Here )

2: flour for dusting and rolling

Instructions

  1. ROTI - CHAPATI

     

     

    1: heat the flat pan on high flame.

    2: take dough and roll in the flour make a ball and roll in a ball.
     
    3: now press the sides with your fingers and palm to flatten it.
     
    4: once again add the the dough in the flour and change sides in it.
     
    5: roll it flat with a rolling pin.
     
    6: now place the rolled dough on the hot flat pan, when one side is cooked change side, and change side again, with a tea towel press on the dough and cook the roti you will see small black flowers on both sides.
     
    7: spread butter/ghee when hot.
     
    8: cover and keep it till ready to serve.
