1: heat the flat pan on high flame.
2: take dough and roll in the flour make a ball and roll in a ball.3: now press the sides with your fingers and palm to flatten it.4: once again add the the dough in the flour and change sides in it.5: roll it flat with a rolling pin.6: now place the rolled dough on the hot flat pan, when one side is cooked change side, and change side again, with a tea towel press on the dough and cook the roti you will see small black flowers on both sides.7: spread butter/ghee when hot.8: cover and keep it till ready to serve.By Faiza Zarif(Cook With Faiza)
